Key Responsibilities:
- Implement all policies and procedures of the FO department and enhances the quality o service.
- Recognize the role of Front Office as a key area of guests services and information center.
- Receptionist is meeting and talking with the guest at all times with a cheerful disposition and a positive service attitude in accordance with the hotel’s philosophy.
- Follow established standard, operating procedures & KTS.
- Report any unusual occurrences and requests to his superior.
- Perform other duties as maybe assigned.

 Skills & Experience:
- Vocational diploma or degree in hospitality
- Previous experience as a receptionist
- Languages: fluent in the national language and English, and a 3rd language would be a plus.
- Computer literate
- Good Team work skills.
