 BRANCH MANAGER/ GIÁM ĐỐC CHI NHÁNH

 REPONSIBILITIES:

Head and manage the entire operation of the branch office as an effective, sustainable and profitable business.

Coordinate with Sale manager to support and manage sales activities to increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

Manage the operation of the branch to ensure its comply with local authority regulations

Manage warehouse and delivery activities ensure it effectively and comply with the company’s polies and regulations

Maintain and enhance the human resources of branch by planning, implementing, motivation and performance appraisal of staff and foster a positive working environment.

Manage the company property, assets, tools, equipment and transportation means which assigned by the company

Coordinate with functional departments of the company to ensure all branch business comply with policies, regulations and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate from 32 to 40 years old must have effective sales, planning, organizational and strong leadership skills; has experiences within the FMCG industry or Food & Beverage or Hospitality is preferred.

Furthermore, you will possess:

Bachelor's Degree

Excellent verbal and written in English

Ability to motivate staff; handle confidential/sensitive information in a professional manner and manage multi-functional tasks.

Understand local laws and regulations
