Tropicana Resort nằm ở trung tâm của thị trấn Dương Đông – Phú Quốc từ khu Resort có thể đi bộ tới nhiều điểm du lịch hấp dẫn đã được phổ biến rộng rãi với du khách , Như Chợ Phú Quốc – Chợ Đêm .Là nơi thuận tiện trung chuyển tới các điểm tham quan ,du lịch của đảo Phú Quốc.

Mô tả công việc

Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards 
Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs 
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities 
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs 
Recruit and manage kitchen staff 
Rectify arising problems or complaints 
Give prepared plates the “final touch” 
Perform administrative duties 
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards 
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers 

Yêu cầu (Requirements) 

Proven working experience as a head chef 
Excellent record of kitchen management 
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently 
Capable of delegating multiple tasks 
Communication and leadership skills 
Keep up with cooking trends and best practices 
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) Degree in Culinary science or related certificate

 Yêu cầu công việc

-- At least 3 years in housekeeping management with high lever in 3*-5* hotels and resorts. - Good English (reading, writing, speaking and listening), good computer skill.. - Be able to work independently or in group. - Good management skill, planning skill and working arrangement
